1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using System Design Atlas (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Lifetime Access & License Grant

Upon purchasing the Lifetime Plan, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to access all 280 curriculum topics, architecture blueprints, sequence diagrams, and interactive simulators.

• Personal Use: Your access credentials and account are personal to you. You may not share, resell, or distribute your login credentials.
• Intellectual Property: All text, interactive simulators, architecture diagrams, and custom code examples are the proprietary intellectual property of Complete System Design. Unauthorized scraping, mass downloading, or republication is strictly prohibited.

3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the engineering depth of our curriculum. If you are not completely satisfied with Complete System Design for any reason within 30 days of purchase, you may request a 100% full refund with no questions asked by emailing contact@completesystemdesign.dev with your receipt or purchase email. Refunds are processed within 2-5 business days via your original payment method.

Complete System Design provides educational blueprints and technical explanations designed for software engineers and systems architects. While the content models real-world distributed architectures, implementations in production must be adapted to your organization's specific security, compliance, and infrastructure requirements.

6. Affiliate & Referral Program

Our affiliate program lets you earn referral credits when someone buys a course through your personal referral link. It is a way to say thanks for spreading the word — not a cash-earning scheme. The rules below keep it fair for everyone.

• Credits are not cash: Referral credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, gift cards, or refunds, and cannot be transferred, sold, or traded between accounts.
• One referral per person: Each new customer can be credited at most once. Repeat purchases by the same referred person do not add extra credits.
• No self-referrals: Buying through your own link for yourself (same email or same account) earns nothing, and attempts to game the program may void your credits.
• Qualifying sales only: Only completed, genuine payments earn credits. If a payment is refunded, disputed, charged back, or a subscription is cancelled within the reversal window, the related credits are reversed automatically.
• Redemption limits: Credits can be redeemed for free access to a course you do not already own. Once you own every course the program covers, accumulated credits cannot be spent on them — they stay banked in your account for future eligible rewards, with no cash-out option.
• Program terms can change: We may update reward rates, qualifying rules, or end the program with reasonable notice. Existing misuse may lead to disqualification at our discretion.
